Prayer Busters

Introduction
We need to consider those things that keep us from God. They are often subtle, unseen, unknown, unrecognized.

I. Little time for God

  • Busyness
  • Is really boredom

    II. Little knowledge of God

  • Reread Hosea 4:6; Isaiah 5:13
  • We do not know how to talk to God because
      1. we do not know God
      2. we do not practice prayer

    III. Little confidence in God

  • Our faith is small
  • We fail to believe God's promises, good or bad

    IV. Low morality, spirituality, unethical behaviors

  • Nothing keep us from prayer like immorality
  • Like child who doesn't want to see parent when know he/she has done wrong
