Good morning, Lord. Thank you for this beautiful day. Thank you for flowers that smell so sweet and brighten their surroundings; for the spring rains that water the earth and give the growing trees and plants a boost; for the hope of new life and fesurrection that spring represents. Today I pray especially for the spouses of those in full-time ministry and mission work. I pray for the spouses of the leaders of the churches. They are chosen for a very special purpose and fill such an important role in the lives of our Christian leaders. They give love and support, and often face criticism and heartache from those who do not understand. Bless them Lord. Provide their needs, lift them up, and encourage them today. May you bless them greatly. In Jesus name, amen.
