- minister hires would be announced in public media, including newspapers
the success of “the franchise” would be tied to the skill set of the star basketball player
the “team” would bellieve that success depended on having one star who could overcome the deficiencies of the rest of the team
mediocre franchises would try to become instant super-teams by making the right hire(s)
mnisters would be “news” and tend to call attention to themselves rather than to the team
ministers would be paid exorbitant salaries (6 figures plus?!)
ministers would hire themselves out to the highest bidders
ministry would often look like entertainment
